Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• No cancellations for same‑day delivery or promotional/discounted products.
• If the product does not match specifications, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Shipping cost for returning the product must be borne by the customer.

Refunds

• Refund applicable only if order has not been processed or dispatched.
• Refund processing may take up to 20 working days, depending on banking systems.
• On duplicate payments, excess amount will be refunded.
